·      Most mushroom deliveries happen through GFS from Cranbrook and Calgary.

·      Main brands in supermarkets & grocery stores: Western Family Foods; All Season Mushrooms; Champ Mushrooms.

·      In other words, “fresh” mushrooms are imported to the Kootenays.
