15.  Now, what about these coffee grounds?
·      -> In 2010, 64% of 126,900 to 148,000 Kootenay people could have helped recycle between 1,024,128.00 and 1,202,944.00 pounds of spent roasted coffee beans.
·      They can be used to grow food mushrooms: oyster, shiitake and gourmet mushrooms.
·      They can be used to grow medicinal mushrooms.
·      And from the same spent coffee grounds, after mushroom production, one can produce and sell soil amendments.
